are you curious about loose leaf tea? do you want to learn about the history, varieties, brewing methods, and how to develop your palate? join us for a flight of three teas: light, medium, and dark. we will be cupping teas in gong fu style to learn how successive re-steeping changes flavor profile. this is a re-imagining of the educational sessions megumi performed multiple times a day for years while working at song tea & ceramics, red blossom tea, and lupicia. sessions are intentionally limited to 6 seats to encourage connections between guests and personalized advice on how to incorporate tea drinking into your life.
